Biography
Master Robert Gill started his ITF journey at age 13, in 1973, in Vancouver, BC. During his beginning years he had the chance to train with GM Ck Choi, and eventually joined GM JC Kim’s schools as a Jong Kim Associate. He Moved to Kamloops, BC in 1983, and started his own school in Barriere, BC in 1987.
Also in 1987 he was instrumental in the development of The ITF of BC, and spent several years as president. He holds international instructors and referee certification, has been a coach at national and international competitions, as well as an 8th Dan in ITF presented to him by GM Master JC Kim, TaeKwon-Do and ITF pioneer. He continues teaching and following the way of Taekwon-Do and is always open to helping others.
