TaeKwon-Do

Training

TaeKwon-Do training consists of the physical part for the body and the mental part for the mind. Without one or the other training would be incomplete.

Physical training follows the Theory of Power and it involves stretching, kicking techniques with and without hand/arm techniques as part of the combination, patterns (tuls) and sparring, including step-sparring.

Mental training involves overcoming physical training limitation, following the tenets, philosophy and ideology behind Life ITF’s ethical code and mission in achieving or attempt to achieve self-actualization and true happiness.
